Golden Blades Women’s Hockey League is one of the oldest and largest women’s hockey leagues in Ontario, with more than 25 teams competing across four divisions – Tier 1, Tier 2A, Tier 2B and Masters (40+). Participating players are over the age of 18 and come from a variety of hockey backgrounds, including professional teams, NCAA/OUA programs, AA, A, BB, B and C teams. The league is the only one in the GTA with a division dedicated to players aged 40+.

All Tier 1, 2A and 2B games are played on Fridays and Sundays at Scotiabank Pond, located at 57 Carl Hall Road (in Downsview Park), Toronto, ON M3K 2B6.

Teams in the Master’s Division play on Sundays only at Westwood Arena, located at 90 Woodbine Downs Blvd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 5S6.

The season begins in mid-September and runs until early April.
